OVFD Fair Truck Races 2002

The Osgood Vol. Fire Dept. has sponsored motorsports events

at the Ripley County Fairgrounds, as the feature attraction,

for over 20 years! Truck racing has been the main activity for the past 15 years, and entries from three states attend our races each year!

HEY! It's a party and people young and old come to

enjoy the racing events at the fair!

On Saturday, the MUD BOGS take place.

The pits from Friday are moved back and work started at 7am on the pit!

Takes lots of help to run these events!

for the Truck Drags on Friday Night.

A beautiful eveing just added to the excitement as

the races begin on Friday nite.

This Kentucky entry was the fastest thru the pit..

but after the 2.9 sec. run, it broke in the shut down area!
